This individual will play a key role in implementing and optimizing operational priorities throughout the platform in areas such as new acquisition integration, IT, office operations, and safety. In collaboration with others, this person will be a valuable resource to our partners as we work to achieve our growth goals.
Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, the Operations Project Manager will own the planning and execution of high priority operations projects. This highly cross functional role will require the project manager to work with individuals across the platform in various roles.
Responsibilities
- Create project plans for various operations projects in collaboration with functional leaders and partners
- Lead and execute on project plans, ensuring activities are completed on time
- Work with employees across the platform to achieve operational excellence
- Incorporate best practices and lessons learned into plans, consistent with H2OCP’s culture of continuous improvement
Professional Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of and experience with project planning and project management
- Organized and detail oriented
- High EQ and strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships quickly
- Team player who is willing to get their hands dirty
- Experience project managing cross functional teams and efforts, prior knowledge of integrations or IT a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business operations or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, with at least 2-3 years working in project management
Travel Requirements
- Light travel as needed, ~10%
