ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead execution of CRM marketing campaigns, delivering on time and exceeding key performance indicators.
- Manage audience selection, segmentation, and data validation to ensure accurate targeting and timely delivery.
- Own and monitor reporting on campaigns to identify issues related to deliverability, performance, and data integrity
- Collaborate with CRM leadership, marketing, and partner company stakeholders to support campaign needs and timelines
- Build and maintain CRM documentation, processes, and best practices as the CRM program scales across brands
- Stay up to date on CRM trends and best practices, sharing ideas to help improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms and campaign workflows
- Experience with creating CRM templates, basic copy, or using creative tools to support high-quality customer communications
- Proven experience delivering measurable results, with clear accountability for outcomes
- High EQ and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership and local teams.
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of performance.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, and turning insights into actionable recommendations
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic graphic design experience or familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma) is a plus
- Exposure to working in a private equity–backed or high-growth organization
LOCATION:
- Central/Eastern Massachusetts area preferrable
- Hybrid working model, expect 1-2 days per week in the office.
